Fan Diego (FanDiego) Company Policy

Inspect Your Merchandise:

Upon receipt of your merchandise, please be sure to inspect each package thoroughly for damage before accepting and signing for the package. Defective merchandise will be replaced via the carrier of our choice to destinations within the continental

Non-Defective Merchandise:

In those instances where no mistake has been made by FanDiego, you must contact a FanDiego representative for a Return Goods Authorization. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. RGA's will be issued at our discretion based upon the terms of the sale. Merchandise returned with a FanDiego returned goods authorization will be accepted for credit less the shipping and handling and a 30% restocking fee. All freight charges on returned goods must be prepaid by the customer or the item will be refused by FanDiego. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition- unused, undamaged and unopened. If the item has been opened, used, installed, or damaged, no credit will be issued.

Custom and Special Orders:

Due to the extensive selection of items offered, please allow four to six weeks for delivery of all items that must be ordered from their respective factories. Special orders may be canceled up to twenty-four hours after the time of placement, after such time credit will be issued. To avoid delays, please consult a FanDiego team member at the time of purchase to discuss product availability. In the event of a delay, we will contact each customer by phone or e-mail. All special orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Policy:

FanDiego can ship items worldwide and uses a number of carriers. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt of order. Shipping time will depend upon product availability and credit verification.

Import/Export

For orders heading outside the U.S., Exporting Services can be quite helpful in expediting deliveries. FanDiego can, at our discretion, refer Import/Export services; however, we cannot guarantee any results and FanDiego will not be held responsible for any results.

Parts and Accessories

All electrical parts, switches, remotes and some electronic accessories are non- refundable.

Warranties

The products shown on our site are offered with and covered by full warranties from their respective manufacturer.

Defective merchandise

Defective Merchandise will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer of that product.

Defective Merchandise In the improbable event that you receive defective merchandise, you must obtain a return goods authorization number from a FanDiego salesperson. The RGA number must be visibly written on the address label. Returned merchandise must be freight prepaid by the customer. Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Upon an inspection by an authorized service technician, we will, at our discretion, replace the product. Defective merchandise will be replaced by the manufacturer and will be shipped via the carrier of our choice to destinations within the continental only. Items shipped outside the continental U.S. must be replaced by the manufacturer. FanDiego is a retailer, not a manufacturer, and therefore cannot be held responsible for defective merchandise. We will, however, make every effort to replace defective merchandise in a speedy manner. In some cases, the manufacturer will replace the items directly.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are never refundable.
