We will gladly accept returns and refund new, uninstalled, and resalable as new products, within 90 days.
Please know that:
- After receiving the return, Fan Diego will inspect the product to ensure it is resalable as new. When it clears, we will process your return and refund your original payment method.
- Most of our manufacturers offer a repackaging service for a fee, if the packaging or plastic has been opened or torn. Please contact us to help you with this service, prior to returning the product to us.
- Excludes special order or customized products, discontinued or out of stock items, and products under $50.
- 90 Days starts from the date of purchase
- Returned Shipping costs will be deducted out of your refund - Unless the product is defective or you have shipped the product yourself
- If the product is defective, please fill out our RGA Form and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org - we will do a brief inspection and pay for the returned shipment costs
- We are not responsible or liable for any labor or installation costs that occur from defective products or faulty installations
