Any order above $100 gets free ground shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States.

This excludes Alaska and Hawaii. For US territories outside of the Continental US, please call us for a quote.


HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • We use UPS or Fed Ex for larger items

  • We use USPS for smaller parts

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. You may track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.


WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPING FROM?

This depends on the products. By default, we will ship directly out of our Vendor's warehouses in the United States, but under certain circumstances, we will ship directly out of one of our four showrooms in Southern California. We aim to provide the best experience possible, with that, we try to get your products to you as quick as possible by selecting the nearest location - whether it is our Vendor's Warehouses or our Showrooms.


STANDARD GROUND (FEDEX / UPS)

You can expect your order to ship out between 1-2 business days. Transit times for small parcel shipments vary nationwide but mostly range from 1-5 business days. Order processing and transit times may vary around Holidays.


HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We try to process your order the same day, if not the following morning. Your order usually ships between 1-2 business days.

WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver to the contiguous United States. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada but you must receive a quote for shipping costs prior, please contact us for shipping estimates. We are currently unable to deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses. If you require overseas shipping please use your freight forwarders address as the ship to address.

ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY

Items ordered together may be shipped separately. You may receive several tracking numbers in different emails.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

For multiple shipping addresses, simply place a separate order for each address.
